Company History
Founded in 1979 as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider, CONTACT has grown into one of the leading providers of EAP and managed behavioral health services in the Southwest. CONTACT works with employers of all sizes including health/hospital systems, government agencies, municipalities, school districts, fire/emergency response organizations, credit unions/banking institutions, unions, and labor/construction organizations.

- CONTACT launches an internal employee assistance program (EAP) for Valley National Bank.
- CONTACT is incorporated as a privately held corporation and becomes an external provider of EAP services.
- Samaritan Health System purchases CONTACT. CONTACT receives its license as an outpatient behavioral health service facility by the Arizona Department of Health Services.
- CONTACT joins with Camelback Managed Care to develop an integrated EAP and Managed Behavioral Health Care program.
- CONTACT becomes a division of Samaritan Health System.
- CONTACT is accredited by the Arizona Department of Insurance as a Utilization Review agent.
- Samaritan Health System and Lutheran Health Care Network join forces, making CONTACT a member of the Banner Health System.
- CONTACT receives accreditation by Utilization Review Accreditation Committee (URAC).
- CONTACT is purchased by SABH of Arizona, Incorporated, a wholly owned subsidiary of Schaller Anderson Behavioral Health, Incorporated.
- CONTACT celebrates its 25th anniversary.
