Management Referral & Supervisor Consultation Services
The Management Referral Process allows managers, supervisors and human resource personnel to refer a troubled employee to CONTACT for evaluation purposes.
The Supervisor Consultation Process allows supervisors, managers and human resource personnel to confer with a CONTACT counselor to receive guidance in referring an employee to the EAP.

CIR operates a confidential Help Hotline service that provides individuals with information, answers and referrals to human services and health programs.
