We're there when you need us.

Whether you're a member of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), our Managed Behavioral Health Care program or both, CONTACT can provide the help and information you need in a variety of ways.

Our EAP services are designed to provide you and your dependent family members with the short-term resources you need to resolve many issues, at no cost to you and without the need for a referral. We also offer members access to state-licensed clinicians for crisis situations 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

    EAP counselors are able to speak with you confidentially about many issues:
  • Difficulties related to your work, family and personal issues
  • Anger management
  • Stress
  • Grief and bereavement
  • Child or domestic abuse
  • Alcohol or substance abuse
  • Financial and legal referrals
    CONTACT EAP services include:
  • Counseling with a CONTACT therapist, including telephone consultation and face-to-face counseling
  • Online self-assessment screenings
  • Social service referrals
  • Work-Life Services

Managed Behavioral Health Care

    Our Managed Behavioral Health Care services include:

  • Counseling and group therapy sessions
  • Inpatient hospitalization
  • Chemical dependency treatment
  • Psychiatric assessment for medication
  • Intensive case management
  • Referral to recovery resources

If your employer has contracted with CONTACT for EAP services, there is no charge to you. If additional assistance is necessary (such as long-term counseling or specialized treatment), your CONTACT counselor will try to minimize the cost by referring you to professionals and treatment sources covered by your insurance or affordable community services.

If your company has contracted with CONTACT for Managed Care services, a co-payment may be required for certain services based on your employer's plan.
