Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Improve Behavioral Health, Increase Productivity and Lower Health Care Costs
Personal, family and work-related issues are expected, but they don't have to impact employee productivity. With the help of CONTACT's Employee Assistance Program (EAP), employees can successfully identify and correct a wide range of issues before they become more complicated and hinder job and personal performance.
CONTACT's range of EAP services make it possible for employees and their family members to resolve most issues without cost to them and without a referral to their medical plan. For emergency and crisis situations, CONTACT offers employees access to clinicians 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For routine appointments, employees may request a counselor from CONTACT's diverse provider network based on gender, language or cultural preference.
By taking a compassionate, solution-based approach, we help you address a variety of issues, including:
- Crisis situations
