CONTACT's belief that behavioral health and physical health are inseparable is the foundation of our approach to providing Managed Behavioral Health care. CONTACT helps members manage stress and emotional issues in cooperation with medical care administered by their primary or specialty health care physician. This approach allows CONTACT to prevent and better treat illnesses linked to stress and emotional problems such as depression, anxiety or chemical dependency.
CONTACT's MBH services are offered either as a full risk product (capitated) with performance guarantees, or on an administrative services only (ASO) basis.
